Two Directors, One Common Passion
Koh Giok Ha
Thirty years ago, this young lady was told by her Indonesian father to develop a piece of land that he had newly acquired. In doing so, a spark was ignited within her and she discovered her passion for real estate.
Kenny Tay
Having spent most of his time in the sky, this ex Air Force regular had always been enthralled by the skyscrapers that formed the magnificent Singapore skyline. Unsurprisingly, upon leaving the force, he embarked on a new career path in real estate.
Hence, the common passion for real estate between these two friends led to the birth of Younique Property Consultants – a boutique property agency that focuses on customising property solutions to meet the unique needs of today’s clients.
Our Team
Bryan Woo
Bryan helms from the finance industry with a specialisation in providing bank loans and financial advice to his clients. His strong financial background allows him to better identify and minimise any financial threats when advising his clients on their property dealings.
Elleen Chai
Elleen graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Real Estate Management. Having worked for 21 years as a property manager, she boasts vast knowledge and experience of the industry, particularly in leasing commercial properties.
Anne Lee
Anne has worked as a property manager for several years. With her rich experience, she is able to deliver exceptional service and provide quality advice to landlords when handling their properties. She also specialises in residential leasing and sales.
Jennie Jovita
Jennie joins Younique Property as a Marketing Manager where she provides administrative and marketing support to the team.
E S Lee
E S Lee is the Office Manager of Younique Property. He is in-charge of the day-to-day running of the business.
Pang Puay Cheng
Pang Puay Cheng has worked with Younique Property as Finance Manager since the very beginning. She is in-charge of finance and accounting side of the company.
