Viewing & Response

After having received enquiries from direct buyers or co-broke agents, we will then proceed to arrange for viewings of the marketed property. Our sales team are dedicated in their field, and conduct every viewing with utmost enthusiasm. Following which, we will follow up closely with our sellers, keeping them updated on viewing response and offers conveyed every 2 weeks. Keeping our clients in the loop shows our accountability thus providing client satisfaction.

Negotiation & Closing

We will inform you immediately of every offer we receive. We will provide advice and enter into negotiations with the other party until the best possible price can be achieve keeping our clients’ interest in mind.

Sales Process

We will walk you through all the paperwork and your duty as a seller from accepting the Option to Purchase and the 1% deposit, to the completion providing assistance throughout the process.
